We've been up here on the third floor of Mathewsons Square for a good while now. It's right by the High School Junction in Edappally, so there's always a bit of noise from the traffic downstairs. Most days, we’re just busy dealing with the packaging stuff people need. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers about their machines. Sometimes the lift is slow, and we just end up taking the stairs. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and trying to figure out which machine fits which bag size. It gets pretty hectic when a big order comes in, and the desks get covered in files and lunch boxes. We aren’t really into big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, drink some tea, and get through the list of things that need doing. Edappally is a busy spot, and being right in the middle of it means we see a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes someone drops by just to ask for directions because of the school nearby. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. It’s mostly just about making sure the orders go out and the machines work like they’re supposed to for the people who bought them. Nothing too complicated, just the usual daily grind that keeps the place running from morning until we lock up in the evening.
