Scot-Urban Nidhi Limited is situated at 4/1208A on the first floor of Royal Tower. If you know where the Arya Vaidya Sala factory complex is, we are right across from it. It's a landmark that most people in the area recognize easily. Our office is a busy little place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our books. Being across from the factory means there is always some activity outside. We get a lot of noise from the road, but we are used to it by now. The first floor is a good spot for us. It keeps us away from the street dust but we are still easy to reach. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It is a working office with desks and chairs and plenty of paper. We handle the Nidhi operations for the people around here. It's about keeping things simple and honest. We don't go for big marketing campaigns. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing. Sometimes we have a backlog of files to go through. That keeps us late once in a while. But generally, we like the routine we have here. The Royal Tower is a sturdy building and it suits our needs perfectly. We’ve grown fond of the view of the factory complex over the years. It’s just how things are for us at Scot-Urban. We keep going every day without fail.
