Sathkarma Welfare Foundation

The Sathkarma Welfare Foundation is located at Valiyaparampil Kizhakkethil in Malayapuzha Thazam. We are over in Pathanamthitta, at Ajithkumari’s place. It’s a quiet area, away from the big city noise. We mostly focus on helping out folks in the local community who are going through a hard time. It could be anything from helping someone get to a doctor or making sure a family has enough to eat. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who live nearby and want to be useful. The office is just a room in the house with a couple of chairs and a desk that wobbles a bit. We don't have a website or anything fancy like that. Most people just walk over and talk to us if they need something. We try to do what’s right, even if it’s just small things. Pathanamthitta is a beautiful place, but people still struggle. We aren't a big charity with lots of money. We just use what we can gather from friends and neighbors. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we spend the whole day just listening to people’s stories. We think that’s important too. Just being there for someone. We don't have formal hours, so someone is usually around to help. We are just local people looking out for each other in our own small way. It’s how things should be.
