Right Arms Facility Management & Technical Service is our name. We're over at No. 55/3469, Kalarivathukkal House. That's on Chilavannur Road in Kadavanthara, Ernakulam. We're near the Union Cooperative Bank if you're looking for us. It’s basically just a group of us who handle the technical stuff and facility management for buildings around here. We aren't some big corporate chain with a fancy call center. When you call, you usually talk to one of the guys who’s actually going to be doing the work. We fix things that break and try to keep buildings running like they should. It gets pretty busy and messy sometimes. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep our tools and paperwork. We've been in Ernakulam for a good while and know how things work in this humidity. It can be a real struggle keeping the ACs and plumbing in good shape. We don't use any fancy scripts or marketing lines. We just show up, see what's wrong, and try to get it sorted out.
