Richroys Realty Private Limited

Richroys Realty is located at Door No.69/749 in Ayyappankavu, right in the middle of Cochin. It’s a busy area, and there’s always something happening on the street. Our office is tucked into the building there, and it’s usually quite full of papers and site maps. We don’t have a lot of room for luxury, but the chairs are comfortable enough for a long day. The humidity in Ernakulam can be tough, so we usually have the fans going as fast as they’ll go. It’s a very local vibe here. We know the people who run the shops on either side of us. Sometimes we have to step out to the temple nearby just to get a bit of peace from the phones. The building itself is older, with those heavy wooden doors and concrete floors that stay cool. We spend a lot of time talking to people about houses and land, mostly over the phone or while leaning against the doorway. It’s not a fancy lifestyle. We wear our normal clothes and don't worry about being too formal. Most of our work happens on the move, but this office is where we come back to sort everything out. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that people just know where to find us without looking at a map.
