Reliance Instruments Corp

Our office is at No. 26/209, Kousthubham, on Chitrakalayam Road in Edapally. It is a fairly quiet street compared to the main junctions in Kochi, which is nice. The building has that traditional Kerala feel to it and we’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. We deal with scientific and industrial instruments, so the place is full of glass tubes, meters, and delicate sensors. We have to be careful when moving around so we don’t knock anything over. The humidity here can be a bit much, so we are always checking on the equipment to make sure nothing is getting damaged. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept in the cupboards. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just calibrating one single tool. There is a small tea shop just down the road where we go when we need a break from the fine work. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website team; we just answer the phone when it rings and help the people who come to the door. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we can see some trees from our window while we work on our ledgers and equipment checks.
