We’ve been based out of this spot on Edapally Railway Station Road in Cochin for some time now. It’s a busy area, especially with the trains and the traffic coming through Elamakkara. The office is in the Al Efnas Building, specifically No.1203, A/50. It isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the day-to-day work done. Dealing with ceramics means we spend a lot of time looking at samples and checking orders. People sometimes find it hard to locate us because of how the building is laid out, but once you’re here, it’s mostly just us working through stacks of paperwork. The humid weather in Cochin makes the office feel a bit heavy sometimes, but we keep the fans going. We focus on getting the tiles out to wherever they need to go without making too much of a fuss about it. It's a lot of inventory management and making sure the stock matches what the customers are asking for. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the road gets clogged up near the station, but that is just how things go around here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the ceramic side of things stays moving. You’ll usually find someone here from early morning until the sun goes down, just sorting through invoices or talking to the truck drivers who come by to pick up their loads for the day.
