Devotionalstore Online is located up on the 7th floor of the Kg Oxford Business Centre. It is building number 39/4609 on Sreekandath Road in the Ravipuram area. Getting up here can be a bit of a wait if the elevators are full, which they usually are around lunch time. Our space in 7E is filled with all sorts of things like brass lamps, incense sticks, and various items people use for their daily prayers. It wasn't really a grand plan to start this. We just saw that people needed an easier way to get these things without traveling all over. Now, most of our day is spent checking the website and wrapping things up very carefully. We use a lot of bubble wrap and brown tape. The sound of that tape dispenser is something you get used to after a while. We aren't a big company with fancy titles. We just have a small team of people who know where everything is kept on the shelves. Sometimes we run out of space when a big shipment of statues arrives from the craftsmen. Then we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we just keep the fans going and carry on with the packing. We focus on getting the orders out the door as fast as we can and making sure nothing gets broken during the long shipping process.
