Ranis Kitchen Udyog India Private Limited operates out of the Jamesco Building on SPW Road. We are in Choornikkara, right near Aluva, at door number XVI/79/B. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on kitchen-related production. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and gives us the room we need to get things done. We usually have a lot of different things going on at once, from food prep to packaging. It’s a busy environment and can get a bit loud with the machinery running. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We'd rather just keep the equipment in good shape. Aluva is a good hub for us because it’s easy to get materials in and out. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood project more than a big corporation. We wear aprons and work boots mostly. There’s no dress code other than staying safe and getting the job finished. Sometimes we have tea breaks together and just talk about the day. It’s not a complicated setup. We just make what people need for their kitchens and try to stay organized. The paperwork is mostly kept in old filing cabinets, and the calendar on the wall is usually covered in handwritten notes. That's just our way of doing things. We don't mind the noise from the road outside as long as we can hear ourselves talk.
