Que-Rico Exim Private Limited is based out of a place in Perumbavoor, specifically at XI/45 in the Thoongali area of Vengoor. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the big city centers, which suits us just fine. Perumbavoor has its own pace, and being in Vengoor means we are away from the heaviest traffic. The address is pretty simple, and most of the locals know the Thoongali neighborhood well enough. We don’t have a massive corporate office with a receptionist and a lounge; it’s more of a practical space where we can focus on our import and export tasks. The building is just a standard structure, and we’ve arranged things inside to make the most of the space we have. There’s usually some paperwork piled up and the sound of phones ringing or people talking through the day. It’s the kind of place where you just come in, do the work, and go home. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or anything like that. Being in this part of Kerala means we’re surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is nice when you step outside for a break. It’s a grounded way to run a business, staying close to the community in Perumbavoor. We’ve been at this XI/45 location for a bit, and it’s become the steady center for everything we do as a small team trying to manage our daily operations.
