You can find us at the 4 Star Building on Chittor Road. The address is 39/1385, over in Valanjambalam here in Ernakulam. Quality Machines & Spares is what the sign says. We have a lot of parts and machinery packed into this space. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the shelves. We deal with spares mostly, so there’s always someone looking for a specific bolt or a gear that they can’t find anywhere else. The street outside is always humming with activity. We like the energy of Chittor Road. It's a practical location for a business like ours. Inside, it smells a bit like oil and metal, which is expected. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just come to the counter and tell us what they need. We spend our days digging through inventory and talking to customers. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the inventory gets a little ahead of us and we have to spend a Saturday organizing things. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just supply the machines and the parts that keep other businesses running. It’s a simple setup and it’s served us well for a long time. We plan on staying here as long as we can because the community is good to us. It's just a regular shop where we do our best to find what people are looking for. It's what we know.
