Prolok Pavers Private Limited

Our factory is based in the Kavanal Industries area, specifically at building IX/265A in Puttumanoor, Puthencruz. We make paver blocks here at Prolok Pavers. If you walk into our yard, you’ll see stacks and stacks of concrete blocks in different shapes and colors. Making these involves mixing the concrete, pouring it into molds, and letting them set just right so they don't crack later. It’s a repetitive process, but you have to get the mix right every single time. We have a small team of workers who handle the pressing machines and the curing racks. It gets pretty hot under the shed, especially during the summer months in Ernakulam. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find out about us because they saw our pavers in a neighbor’s driveway or at a local shop. Sometimes the colors don't come out exactly the same between batches, and we have to be honest with the customers about that. It’s just the nature of working with cement and pigments. We try to keep our prices fair so the local families can afford to tidy up their yards. Being out here in Puthencruz is good because we have enough space for the heavy pallets and the trucks that come in to load up. It’s a lot of manual labor, but seeing a finished patio made from our blocks makes it worth the effort. We’re just a local business trying to make something useful for the community.
