Preciaso - World Of Interiors

Preciaso - World Of Interiors is based in the National Recidency Building at Bank Junction. We are in Edapally, right near Metro Pillar No 450. It’s a very easy spot to find if you are taking the metro. We have been in Ernakulam for a bit now, working out of this space at 38/1437. We deal with interior stuff, so there are always samples of tiles or wood lying around the office. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is located. The building is usually busy because of the bank junction nearby. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just local people helping neighbors fix up their homes. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is loud, but we just shut the windows. We don't have a polished sales talk prepared for anyone. If you come in, we’ll just show you what we have and tell you how much it costs. It’s a 682024 area, and we like being part of this neighborhood. We usually grab some tea from the shop downstairs in the afternoons. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just want to do a decent job so people come back when they need something else. There’s no fancy lobby here, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk about your house. It’s mostly just us and our catalog books.
