Down in Karukappilly, in the Koothattukulam area of Ernakulam, you’ll find our office for Power Net India. It’s a bit out of the main city rush, which suits us just fine. We handle a lot of networking and power-related work for the local community and surrounding areas. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building where we keep our tools and trucks. Most of our day is spent out on the road, going from one place to another to get things connected or fixed up. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or sort through the inventory in the back room. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just know what needs to be done and we go do it. The weather around here in Ernakulam can be a bit rough on the equipment, especially when it rains heavily, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance and repairs.
