Plan My Home is based in the Kavanad Building, which is on Padamughal Palachuvadu Road. We’re in the Thrikkakara part of Ernakulam, specifically near Ma Aboobacker Road. Our zip code is 682021. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we sit and think about how to lay out houses. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and sketches. Thrikkakara is a nice area, a bit quieter than the main city center, which helps us concentrate. We’ve been in this building for some time now and the neighbors are all good people. Sometimes we have a lot of work and other times it’s a bit slower, but we always stay busy with something. We don't really do the whole "big company" thing. It’s just a few of us trying to help people figure out their home plans. Most of our clients are locals who just want a decent place to live. We sit down, have some water, and talk through what they need. It’s not complicated. Sometimes we have to go out and look at the actual land, which gets us out of the office for a bit. The Palachuvadu Road can get a bit crowded during rush hour, so we try to time our site visits around that. We like being near Ma Aboobacker Road because it’s a familiar landmark for everyone.
