Pioneer Trading & Processing

Our place, Pioneer Trading & Processing, is located at number 40 on Convent Road, right near the old Shenoys area and Market Road. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of history. Being near the market means there is constant movement, people shouting, and vehicles trying to squeeze through the streets. We have been operating from this spot for a good long time. Our building is old but sturdy, and it serves its purpose for the trading and processing work we do. It is definitely not a polished corporate environment. There are sacks and boxes everywhere, and the floors have some wear and tear from all the years of use. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work on whatever orders are pending. The atmosphere is loud and energetic because of where we are located. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure the processing side of things is running smoothly. It is a lot of coordination and physical work. We don't do much in terms of advertising because everyone in the market knows where we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks. Sometimes we stop for a quick tea at the corner shop, but mostly we are just busy here getting through the daily workload.
