Periyar Properties Private Limited

The office is at 6/316-G in the Madaparambil Arcade. It’s one of those buildings that’s been around for a while, and you can tell by the stairs. We’re Periyar Properties, and we mostly just stay inside and deal with the paperwork that comes with managing land. The room is a bit small, and when we have more than three people visiting, it feels crowded. We have a view of the street, so we see everyone coming and going from the shops nearby. There’s a tea shop just a few doors down that makes the best ginger tea, and we probably spend too much money there. Our desks are covered in notebooks and pens that never seem to work when you need them. It’s a very basic setup. No fancy decorations or big screens on the walls. We just have what we need to get the job done. The walls are a pale yellow that’s faded over the years. We’ve thought about repainting, but then we just get busy with something else and forget about it. It’s an honest place to work. We don't try to impress anyone with the office. We just care about making sure the property details are right and the clients are treated okay when they walk through the door. It’s simple, and it works for us.
