Located on the first floor of Pulikkal Building. It's right near Abad Nucleus Mall here in Maradu. Usually, the mornings start pretty early. We get the keys, open up the shutters, and check if the water is running fine. Most people know the spot because of the mall nearby, so they just stop in after running their errands. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you're coming up. We have a few windows that look out towards the main road. Sometimes you can see the traffic piling up during the evening rush. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. There are chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days but they are comfortable enough. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tools and making sure everything is in its right place. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where the work gets done. There is a small desk at the front where we keep the appointments written down. If the phone rings, someone usually catches it between sessions. The floor is that white tile that shows every bit of dust, so someone is always sweeping. We’ve been in this part of Cochin for a while now. Most people around here recognize the sign on the building. It’s a quiet routine for the most part, just taking things one day at a time and making sure the light bulbs are all working and the files are in order for the next day.
