We’re located on Nathamschittoor Road. It’s where People Performance And Change Consultingllp is based. The name is a bit of a mouthful, we know, but it describes what we do well enough. We basically look at how people work and how things can be adjusted when stuff changes. It’s mostly just sitting down with folks and figuring things out. We don’t use those complicated charts or buzzwords that you hear in those expensive seminars. It’s more about common sense and talking to people like they're actually people. The office on Nathamschittoor Road is where we do most of our thinking and planning. It’s a pretty basic setup. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of tea. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We didn't start this to become some massive global firm. We just wanted to help out where we could and make a living. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. When things change in a company, it can be stressful for everyone involved. We just try to help navigate that without making it harder than it needs to be. We aren't polished professionals in suits every day. We’re just regular people who happened to get good at understanding how workplaces function. That’s us in a nutshell. We take things as they come and try to keep a cool head when things get busy or confusing. It keeps the atmosphere light.
