At Park Lane Import & Export (Opc) Private Limited, we operate out of Flat No 3D in the North Block of Heera Waters. It's a residential-style setup which keeps things low-key. We handle all our import and export activities from this space. Being an OPC, it’s a small-scale operation, mostly run by one person with a little help. We like the North Block because it’s generally quiet enough to get work done without too many distractions. Heera Waters is a nice enough place to be based. We don’t have a big storefront or a bunch of signs everywhere. Most of our partners know us through our work rather than our office location. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and dealing with customs paperwork from our desks. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. We aren't looking to grow into some huge corporation; we just want to keep things manageable. The views from the North Block are alright, but we’re usually too busy looking at screens to notice. We’ve been here for a while and have a rhythm to our days. It’s a simple process of ordering, shipping, and making sure everyone gets what they paid for. We don't use any fancy business jargon or complicated systems. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay on top of the details. That's pretty much all there is to it.
