Our office is in Room 5/320 in the Panikulam Building, which is over in Puthernchira East. It’s a quiet enough area to work in, and we have been here for a bit now handling food exports and imports. Dealing with food means there is always something to check, like making sure things are fresh and the containers are clean. We spend our mornings looking over orders and our afternoons making sure the trucks are on their way. The Panikulam Building is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We are just a small team of people who know a lot about food products and how to move them around. It is not always easy with all the rules and regulations, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't really have a fancy website or do much advertising; most people just hear about us from others who have used us before. It is practical work, really. We make sure the paperwork is done correctly so there are no delays at the border or the port. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in, but that’s just part of the job. We like working here in Puthernchira and we plan to stay for a good while. It's just a regular business doing regular things with food items every day. You might see us unloading a van or checking some crates near the building entrance. We don't have any big signs, just the room number.
