Palak Toll & Infra Private Limited is based at 2/365 in the Housing Board area. It’s a pretty standard spot for an office, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories about the local business scene. Our work revolves around toll management and some infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time on the roads. It’s the kind of work that never really stops. Whether it’s rain or shine, the tolls have to be managed and the roads need to be looked after for the people using them. Our office is where all the paperwork happens—the collections, the maintenance schedules, and the payroll for the staff out in the field. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for keeping things moving across the region. We have a small group in the office handling the administrative side while the rest of the team is out on-site. The Housing Board neighborhood is a familiar place for us, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses around here over the years. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just show up, do the accounting, manage the staff, and deal with whatever problems pop up on the highway that day. It can be a bit repetitive, and the hours are often long, but that’s just the nature of infrastructure and tolling work.
