Our office is located over at Galaxy Technovalley, specifically in unit II/613 D 10. We are in the Karimugal area of Ernakulam, right near the P.O. It is a decent enough building to work out of, though the elevators can be a bit slow when everyone is coming in at once. At Paddle Business Consultants, we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for businesses. It involves a lot of sitting at computers and checking over details that most people would find a bit dull. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing team. It is just a small group of us trying to make sense of various business problems. The view from the 10th floor is actually quite good on days when it isn't raining too hard. We keep our workspace pretty casual, so you might see some old newspapers or half-empty tea mugs laying around. We prefer to talk to people like they are our neighbors rather than clients. There is no corporate script here. If we can help with something, we say so, and if we can't, we are honest about that too. Being based in Karimugal works out well for us because it is away from the worst of the city traffic. We spend our hours typing, talking, and occasionally arguing over where to order lunch from. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far without any fuss.
