You can find us on the first floor of the building over in Aiswarya Nagar. Ernakulam is always busy, so it’s nice to have this spot tucked away a little bit. The address is TMC/43/1056. It’s not a huge office, just a couple of rooms where we handle all the foundation business. We’ve got some old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. But they work fine for what we do. We usually start early before the heat gets too bad. The ceiling fans stay on all day long. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one by the stairs. People usually come by for a chat or to drop off paperwork. We handle things as they come in. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around. We use that time to talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. Ernakulam has changed a lot lately, but our corner feels pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Nothing very exciting to talk about. We aren't trying to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the work gets done properly. It’s a simple setup for simple goals. The local bus stop is just a short walk away, which makes things easier for those without a car. We mostly rely on word of mouth for everything.
