Optume Builders & Interior Pvt Ltd is based in Kaloor, specifically at D 2017. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite close to the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. It’s a huge landmark, so we usually just tell people to head toward the stadium when they’re looking for us. Kaloor is a busy part of Ernakulam - 682017, and there’s always something going on, especially when there’s a match or an event at the stadium. Our office isn't anything too elaborate. It’s just a workspace where we keep our plans and samples. We spend a lot of time here talking through ideas and trying to stay on top of our projects. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us working. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. There are plenty of tea shops nearby, which is good because we drink a lot of it. We don't have a corporate-looking lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s a bit more casual than that. People just walk in, and we get to talking. We’re just a group of builders and designers who prefer to keep things simple. This corner of Kaloor feels like the right place for us to be. It’s our base of operations.
