We are set up in Padutholil Arcade. It’s on Koonamthai Temple Road, right near Pathadipalam in Edappally. Being in Ernakulam means things can get pretty crowded, but our spot is tucked away enough that it stays relatively calm. Oncall Consultancy Private Limited is where we spend most of our waking hours. The office has a view of the road, so we can see the commuters going back and forth while we work on our consultancy stuff. It’s a regular office building, nothing too special about the architecture. We’ve got our computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay in the Edappally area. It’s a convenient location for us. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know what they’re doing. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes people drop by looking for directions, and we help them out. The atmosphere is pretty casual here. We might be wearing jeans most days. It’s a straightforward life, and we are happy to keep it that way without any extra fuss. We like the independence of running our own small office here.
