We've been here in Ravipuram for a while now. The office is right on M G Road. It gets busy around here, especially with all the cars and people walking by. Some days the humidity is quite a bit, but we keep the fans going and just get on with work. Most of the time we're just sitting at our desks looking at flight schedules or talking to folks who want to go somewhere new. It’s not always fancy. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet acts up when we're trying to book a hotel. We handle a lot of local people from Ernakulam. They come in with all sorts of questions about visas or where is good to take the kids during the school break. We try to be honest about what's worth seeing and what isn't. Not every trip is perfect, and we tell people that. It’s just us here, a small team in Kochi. We know the area well and have seen M G Road change a lot over the years. If you're passing through Ravipuram and need help with a trip, you can just walk in. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just some chairs and our computers. We stay busy with the paperwork and making sure people have their documents ready before they head to the airport. It's regular work, but we like it. Sometimes we have a coffee and talk about the new shops opening up nearby. It's a living.
