Noahark Developers

Noahark Developers is based at 460/230/10 on Chakkarapparambu Road in Vennala. We are situated near the Holiday Inn Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. The office is a standard room in a regular building. We have some maps of the local area pinned to the walls and a few computers that are usually running all day. Most of our work involves figuring out how to develop pieces of land or buildings here in Ernakulam. It involves a lot of sitting around and waiting for papers to be signed. We have stacks of files that probably need better organizing, but we know where everything is. The weather in Vennala can be quite humid, so we usually have the windows shut and the air conditioning on. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting different spots. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small shops nearby and talk about the next steps for a project. It’s not a complicated life. We just deal with the daily issues that come up with construction and land. The traffic near the hotel can be a headache in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to let it clear out. We like being in this part of town because it is close enough to everything we need.
