Nirman Designs

If you’re looking for Nirman Designs, we’re down Pancharavalliparambil Lane. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but once you find Ayiny Road near the Btc Junction in Maradu, it’s not too hard to spot us. We occupy the space at 8/454A. It’s a practical workspace, mostly filled with rolls of plans and some samples of materials we use. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the locals know us. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone’s cousin or a neighbor mentions us and that’s how the work comes in. The office is often a bit dusty because we're always coming and going from sites. We try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit muddy, but we're used to it. We deal with a lot of different projects, mostly just figuring out how to make things fit and look right. There isn't a team of salespeople here. It's just us doing the actual work. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days but they still run the software we need. Usually, there's some tea going on the side table. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It's a straightforward setup. We do our best to stay on top of the pile of drawings on the desk. It's a busy life but we like it. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough.
