Newyear Foundation

You can find Newyear Foundation on the ground floor of the Pynadath Building. The door number is XII/480C. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it easier for people to just walk in. We aren't some high-up office that’s hard to reach. It’s a pretty basic space. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our time is spent dealing with the local needs of the area. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing teams. It’s just a few of us who wanted to do something useful. The building is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We try to keep things moving along, though sometimes the paperwork gets backed up. That’s just part of running a foundation. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just focusing on what’s right in front of us. Some days are slow and others are completely frantic. We take it as it comes. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going and someone is talking on the phone. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated plans. If someone needs something and we can help, we do. If we can't, we say so. It’s a straightforward way to live. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and it feels right. No need for anything fancy when the simple stuff works just fine for us and the people we see.
