Negotium Biz Enterprises Private Limited is located on Pipeline Road in the Palarivattom area. Our office is in the Greenlandheights building at 32/2249 B2. Palarivattom is a busy hub in Ernakulam, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We like being central because it makes everything more accessible. The building itself is a bit on the older side, but it works fine for what we need. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working in a space that is often filled with stacks of files and various documents. Sometimes it feels a little cramped when everyone is busy at once, but we manage. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every hour, so you might see some dust here and there. That is just how a real office looks when people are actually working. We focus on getting the job done rather than how the office looks to outsiders. There isn't a fancy reception area, so visitors usually just pull up a spare chair near one of our desks. The sound of bikes and cars on Pipeline Road is our constant background music. It is a normal workplace for normal people who just want to do a good job. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of our daily list.
