Nclan Ventures Llp is located right over at Xvi 405, inside Usha Bhavanam. Being near the Mangalappuzha Bridge means we hear the traffic going by all day long. It’s a familiar sound now in West Desam. We aren't a big operation, just a local group doing our thing. The building has been around for a while and has that old feel to it. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city. We keep things pretty simple here. Most of the time we are just focused on the work at hand. Sometimes the bridge gets crowded, especially in the evenings, but it's a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and answer it. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and boxes, but we manage. West Desam is a decent place to be based out of. We know most of the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s more of a community feel than a business district. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. We just rely on being here and doing what we need to do every day. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We like the breeze that comes off the water sometimes, even if the bridge is noisy. That’s just life at Usha Bhavanam. We just hope the traffic isn't too bad when we leave.
