Navya Bakers Private Limited is located at VII/415, Golden Plaza. You can find us right at TB Junction in Paravur. Being in Ernakulam, we are part of a community that really appreciates good food and baking. The shop is in a handy spot for people passing through the junction. We spend a lot of our time around ovens and flour. It’s a busy environment and it can get quite hot when we are in the middle of a big batch. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the back where the work happens. It’s all about the tables and the tools we need for the bread and cakes. Golden Plaza is a well-known building in the area, so we get a lot of local folks stopping by. We’ve been part of the Paravur scene for a while now. The staff here are mostly locals who know the regulars by name. We don't do a lot of advertising. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are and what we make. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get things ready for the day. It’s hard work, but we are used to the rhythm of the bakery. We just keep at it, day in and day out, at TB Junction. It’s a simple life of baking and serving the people who come through our doors in Golden Plaza.
