Muthoot Travelsmart

Muthoot Travelsmart is located on the first floor of Safeena Mansion. We’re right on MG Road in Ravipuram, Ernakulam. A good way to find us is to look for Deepa Theatre, because we are situated directly opposite it. Our office has been in this spot for a good number of years. It’s a busy area, and the 682016 pin code covers a lot of ground here. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs of the mansion. The office isn't anything too special to look at. We have our desks, some computers, and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our time working on travel arrangements and ticket bookings. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details. Sometimes the traffic outside on MG Road is so loud you can hear it through the walls, but that’s life in Kochi. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We are just a group of people working in a local office. We keep our own hours and just try to get the jobs done. Safeena Mansion is an older building, so it has a bit of character. We like being in Ravipuram because it’s easy for people to reach us. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just rely on people coming in and asking for what they need. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just stay focused on the daily tasks.
