Monnaie Architects & Interiors

We are Monnaie Architects & Interiors, and you’ll find us at Door No.32/2480B in the Palathinkal Building. Our office is on Kochappilly Road in Palarivattom, Ernakulam. We are lucky to be right opposite the Asianet Studio, which makes it very easy to explain where we are to people. The 682025 area is a hub of activity. Inside our office, things are usually a bit hectic. There are rolls of paper everywhere and someone is almost always on the phone. We do both architecture and interior work, so there's never a dull moment. We aren't much for fancy marketing talk; we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Some days we are drawing up house plans, and other days we are picking out tiles or paint colors. It’s a lot of small details that have to come together. The team here has been together for a while, and we’ve learned how to work around each other’s habits. Palarivattom is a great place to be because everything we need is close by. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It's more like a workshop where ideas get kicked around until something sticks. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, ordering in food and just getting it done. It's hard work, but we enjoy seeing a project go from a sketch to a real building. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
