Mobile Clinic

It is pretty busy here on A M Road in Perumbavoor most days, I guess. I spend most of my time at Mobile Clinic which is right across from the Municipal Office. You can see the office people coming and going all day while I am hunched over my desk with a magnifying glass in my hand. I started doing this because I liked taking things apart when I was younger, and now it is just what I do for work. The shop is not huge at all, but it fits what I need for the tools. Sometimes the traffic outside gets real loud, especially in the afternoons when everyone is heading home and honking. I have got a couple of plastic chairs for people to wait, though most folks just drop their stuff off and come back later in the evening. My workbench is a bit of a mess with tiny screws and old cracked screens, but I usually know where everything is. It is a simple life here in Perumbavoor. People come in with cracked glass or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. I just try to get them back to working order without making a big deal out of it. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the front door when it pours hard, but we manage with a mop. I have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where to find me.
