Minerva Travel House

We’ve been here in Kochi for quite a while now. Our office is right here in Ernakulam, 682001. If you walk down the street, you’ll find Minerva Travel House without much trouble. It isn't a massive place with glass walls or anything fancy. Just a regular room with desks, some old maps on the wall, and a few computers that sometimes take their time to start up. My chair squeaks every time I lean back to answer the phone. We spend most of our mornings just sorting out papers and checking schedules for people who want to go somewhere else for a bit. There’s always a stack of brochures on the front table that get a bit dusty if we don't move them. People stop by after lunch mostly. The noise from the street outside comes right through the windows, so it never feels too quiet in here. It’s mostly just us talking to folks about train times or flight prices. We drink a lot of tea while we work. Someone usually brings in snacks around four. It’s not a complicated operation. We just sit here in Ernakulam and try to get the bookings done right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which is frustrating, but that’s just how it goes. We know the area well and have seen a lot of changes in the city over the years.
