We have our little office set up in the Mattammal Building over on MG Road. It is a busy part of Ravipuram in Ernakulam and the traffic outside never really seems to stop. We are right across from the ICICI Bank, so that is a good landmark if you are looking for us. Our address is on Kurisupally Road, which gets quite crowded during the rush hours. Inside, it is just a few of us working at our desks. There are piles of paper and some old maps on the walls. We handle a lot of flight bookings and visa work for people heading out of the country. It is not a fancy place with modern furniture, just a regular office that gets the job done. We drink a lot of tea while we look things up on the computers for our customers. 682016 is our area. Sometimes the rain here in Ernakulam makes everything damp, but we keep the fans going. People come in with all sorts of questions about tickets. We try to find answers, even if the systems are slow that day. It feels like a neighborhood spot where people can just walk in. We have been here for a good while and have seen many shops come and go. We just stay focused on the work at hand and help whoever walks through the door.
