Metro Sign

We are located at 44/700 on Lfc Road in Kaloor. It is a busy stretch of road, especially since we are so close to Globel Academy. You can always hear the school bells and the kids shouting in the afternoons. Metro Sign is a straightforward shop where we put together all sorts of signs and displays. The floor space is mostly taken up by our big worktables and a couple of machines that are usually humming away. We have to be careful where we step because there are often frames or large sheets of acrylic leaning against the walls. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to cleaning the floors. The humidity in Kaloor can be a real pain sometimes, making the vinyl stick when you don’t want it to. We don’t have any fancy signs for ourselves; we’re usually too busy working on other people’s stuff. Most of our walk-ins are locals who need something for their own small businesses. We’ve been here long enough that we know the regular rhythm of the street. When the monsoon hits, we have to keep the front shutter halfway down to stop the rain from blowing in onto the electronics. It is just a normal, everyday workshop. We do the work, chat with the neighbors, and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or extra trouble.
