Our business, Medmap, is located in Kozhikode. You can find us at 52/1005, in a place called Heaven in Thulammuttam Parambu. It is a bit of a specific location to find, but most local people know the area well enough. We provide various medical services to the community. It is not a large hospital by any means, but more of a service-oriented setup for patients. We have a small office where we handle the administration side of things and coordinate the daily schedules. Kozhikode is a busy city, and being in this spot puts us close to several other medical facilities. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles or fancy waiting rooms. The rooms are quite plain and we focus mostly on the actual work at hand. Most of our staff members have been working with us for a long time. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion or ads. Most clients come to us because they were referred by a friend or another doctor. The building itself is very simple and functional. We spend our days answering queries and managing the service times for everyone. Sometimes the heavy rain in Kerala makes getting around the city quite difficult, but we manage to stay on track. We try to keep things honest and very straightforward with everyone who walks in. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state, just a reliable one for the people.
