MAYAPURAM NIDHI LIMITED

We have our office at 68/2482, on the first floor of the Arackal Estate. It is right on KK Padmanabhan Road. It is a busy road, so there is always the sound of horns and cars passing by throughout the day. Our space is not very large, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have a big window that lets in a lot of light, but we usually keep the curtains half-drawn so it doesn't get too hot. The floor is concrete and we have a few rugs laid out to make it feel a bit more comfortable for anyone who visits. People stop in during their lunch breaks or after they finish work in the city. We sort out their small savings and keep everything organized in our physical files. We still use a lot of pens and paper because it feels more secure to have a hard copy of everything. The Arackal Estate has a few other small businesses in it, so there is always someone moving around in the hallway. We are not some big institution with branches everywhere. We are just this one office on this one road, doing what we can to work with the local folks on their financial needs. It is a plain way of working, but it has worked for us and the people who come here for a long time.
