Maulis Bandara Private Limited

Maulis Bandara Private Limited is based in Kochi, specifically in the Ernakulam North area. We are located at Arakkal House, building number 43/418A(1), care of Thankam. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside. The building is an older one, and we share the space with other things going on in the house. It isn't your typical office park. It’s more of a lived-in space that we’ve converted for our needs. We handle various business activities from here. The rooms are filled with desks and stacks of papers. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always running. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. If you come looking for us, you just find the right door in Arakkal House. We like being in Ernakulam North because it's close to the main transport links. It makes getting around easier, even with the Kochi traffic. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and stay on top of our daily tasks. It’s a bit crowded sometimes, and things can get a little messy, but that’s just how a real office looks when people are actually working. We’ve been here for a while and it suits us fine. There is always someone working on something or other at their desk, keeping the whole thing moving forward.
