We are located right on Holy Angels School Road in Adoor Central. It’s Building No. 548, so we’re easy to spot if you’re walking past the school. Mathews & Sons has been a family-run kind of thing for a while, even if we are officially a private limited company now. We handle various foods and beverages. The traffic on this road can get a bit loud when school lets out, but we like the energy. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders ready. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in Adoor. We’ve been part of this community for a bit. We know the neighbors. Dealing with food and drinks means there's always something to clean or move around. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we do. It’s a lot of physical labor, honestly. My sons help out quite a bit with the heavy lifting and the logistics. We didn't plan on becoming a big name, we just wanted a steady business near the center of town. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have plenty to keep us busy. It's just a regular local spot, doing our thing day after day. We keep a small kettle in the back for coffee. Sometimes the delivery guys stay for a chat. It feels like home after all these years of working in this building.
