Mathers Elegant Bakes & Confectioneries Private Limited

We've been at the Mather Estate for a while now. Allapra is a quiet spot, and our kitchen stays busy most mornings. People usually find us when they're heading through Kuttipadam. It started as a small project because we liked making sweets. Now it’s a full-time thing with the whole private limited setup, but it still feels like the same old place. Some days the ovens are running non-stop. We do a lot of different bakes, from basic bread to more fancy stuff. The name says elegant, but we’re mostly just local folks in flour-covered aprons. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer months. We try to keep things moving. Our address isn't hard to find if you know the estate area. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble with the turns, but they manage. Most of the staff live right nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy office work. Most of our day is spent checking the dough or packing boxes. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We just keep making our cakes and confectioneries. It’s a steady life. Nothing too flashy, just a regular business in Allapra. We hope the cakes turn out right every time. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a big order, but we get through it eventually. We usually have a cup of tea around four to keep us going through the evening shift.
