Masterplan

Masterplan is located right on NH 47 in Edapally. If you're looking for us, we are right by Metro Pillar No 377. It’s a very busy part of town with the metro zooming past all day. We deal with architectural designs and planning. Most of our time is spent looking at maps and structural details. Being in Ernakulam means we have to deal with tight spaces and specific rules for building near the main roads. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. We are just a local team doing our job. We get plenty of coffee and sit at our tables drawing up plans for people who want to build something new. Sometimes people come in with just a rough idea on a scrap of paper, and we help them make it real. It involves a lot of back and forth. We don't use shiny brochures or anything like that. We just talk to you about what you need and what the budget looks like. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve been at this spot for a while, so we know the neighborhood and the local building codes pretty well. It's just about getting the plans approved and making sure everything is safe. The traffic outside is loud but we get used to it while we work on our latest drawings.
