Markspot Llp

We are located in the Mookencheril Building, which is right on the Chottanikkara PWD Road. Markspot Llp is the name on the door, and we’re on the northern side of KR Balachandran Road if you’re trying to find us. Ernakulam is a big place, but this little corner feels like home to us. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits our small team well enough. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just come in, sit down, and get to work on whatever needs doing. Most of us have lived in Kerala all our lives, so we know how things work around here. We handle a variety of tasks, mostly things that require a bit of thinking and a lot of time at the computer. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we take pride in doing it decently. Sometimes the traffic on the PWD road makes us a bit late, and other times the rain keeps us inside longer than we planned. We don’t have a big marketing department because we’d rather just let our work speak for itself. It’s a simple setup—a few desks, some decent computers, and a lot of shared notes. We enjoy the local atmosphere here in Chottanikkara. It’s a busy area but still has a bit of that traditional feel that we really like. We are just local people doing our best to run a small business here.
