The office itself is just a standard room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets for our export and import records. We don't have an elevator that works all the time, so we often take the stairs, which can be tiring in the Kerala heat. Kothamangalam is a lively place, and there is always noise coming up from the street. We deal with people from many different countries, so our office hours can be a bit unpredictable depending on who we need to talk to. We are a small team and we don't go in for any corporate fluff or polished marketing. We just focus on the logistics and the paperwork that comes with moving goods across borders. Sometimes there are problems with customs or shipping lines, and we just have to deal with them one by one. It is a lot of work and it can be stressful, but we just keep going. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we do our business every day. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for long afternoons.
