Madonna Hospital And Diabetic Research Centre

You can find the Madonna Hospital and Diabetic Research Centre right in its own building near the railway station on the NH 47 Aluva road in Angamally. It’s a big spot and we’ve been here for a long time. Being so close to the station means we see a lot of people coming and going. We focus quite a bit on diabetes because so many people deal with that these days, but we handle other hospital work too. It’s a busy place with doctors, nurses, and lab techs all doing their thing. The building has some years on it, but it’s sturdy and we keep it running. Sometimes the hallways are full of family members waiting for news. We try to keep things organized but hospitals can be messy places by nature. There’s always someone at the front desk to help you figure out where you’re supposed to go. We do research too, which just means we look closely at how to handle sugar levels better. It’s practical work. We aren’t trying to be a five-star hotel; we’re a hospital. People from all over Angamally and the surrounding areas come here when they need a checkup or more serious care. It’s just a regular part of the landscape on the way to Aluva. We work hard, stay late when we have to, and just try to get the patients through their treatments every day. It is a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one shift at a time.
