Maad Concepts

Maad Concepts is tucked away over in Vennala, right near the post office. We are based out of Federal Park on Sobha Road, which is a fairly quiet part of Ernakulam. We spend our time working on various design concepts and trying to make sense of what people need for their spaces. It’s a small setup. Often, the day starts with a lot of coffee and looking over old sketches. We moved into this spot because it was easy for people in the neighborhood to find us. We don't really do the big corporate pitch thing. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting around a table figuring out how to make a layout work or what colors might look okay together. It gets a bit messy with all the samples and books we have lying around, but that’s just how we work. Being near the Vennala post office means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels like a local shop more than anything else. We take on projects as they come, and we try to give each one a bit of focus without overcomplicating things. It’s just what we do for a living. If you’re walking down Sobha Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing too loud. We like the pace of this area and how it allows us to just get on with the work without too many distractions. It's a simple life here, and we like the people we meet. It is a good place to be based.
