We operate M Snack India Private Limited from a building numbered 5/154, known as Kandathil. We are located in the Kalathookadavu P.O. area. It’s a local setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We spend our days making and packing snacks. The building is just a regular spot where we can get the work done. In a place like Kalathookadavu, everyone kind of knows everyone, so we’re just part of the local scenery. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; we just make snacks and try to get them out to the shops and people who want them. It’s a lot of frying, seasoning, and packing. The kitchen area is always busy and it smells like spices most of the time. We’ve been at the Kandathil building for a while now. It’s a sturdy place that suits our needs. We aren't looking to move to a big city because we like the way things work here. It’s simple and straightforward. We handle the deliveries ourselves or work with local drivers. It’s a lot of hard work and we’re often tired by the end of the day, but it’s a good kind of tired. We just focus on the snacks and keeping the business running. If you're in the neighborhood near the post office, you’ll probably see our building. We keep the machines running and the floors clean, and that's about it really.
